As part of our commitment to ensure that high standards are met for every job, our operations team continually assesses the quality of each tradesman’s work.
On occasion the quality of work on a job might not meet the standards we or our customer require. When the workmanship on a job has failed to meet the levels expected, we aim to correct things at no cost to the customer. We call it the Easybuilders.co.uk Guarantee.
If a defect for which we accept responsibility appears within 12 months of the work being completed, we’ll arrange for it to be corrected at no additional cost.
Service support

So, we vet all of our tradespeople and make sure they stay up-to-date with the latest trade guidelines and regulations.
We give top-up training wherever it’s needed and most importantly, we have a team of Service Support Managers to back up our tradespeople.
This managed service means every job is completed properly and our work always hits the spot.
